Hey, my name is Nicole, and I'm fourteen years old. I'm hoping to go to Japan through the AFS program. Through this, I want to learn about other cultures and expand my horizons. Another reason I signed up was to, obviously, learn Japanese; they don't study it at my school. Anyways, I am REALLY hoping to get in!
The AFS program aside, I'm both an indoor and outdoor type, as far as activities go. Outdoors, I absolutely LOVE karate, skiing, hiking, and rock climbing. Indoors I enjoy books, movies, video games, and movie making on the computer. Other things I like are anime, Zoo Tycoon, Okami, animals galore, and NCIS.
